My first travel happened when I was just 1 year old. Born in the USA but raised in Portugal, I was fated to be part of this incredible industry of Tourism.
My travels took me as far as New York, Guiné-Bissau and Istanbul; and my career allowed me to explore Europe at a level that most tourists don't even dream of. Be it as a boy scout, a cabin crew member or a couchsurfer, when I travel, I strive to have that meaningful local experience. Now, at Prime Emotions, I get to use all my knowledge to provide my clients with an unforgetable experience, just like mine were.
What's your golden rule to create a memorable experience?
I ask myself: would I enjoy this experience? Would I be happy at the end of the day? If the answer is no, then something is not right and I must work on it. Once I say yes to my questions and I have no doubts left, I am prepared to share my creation with my client.
What does it mean to you to be the partner of a travel agency or tour operator?
It means recognition. It means cooperation, collaboration. It means a common goal, union. When you walk alone, you go far. When you walk together, you go farther.
